Basaan

Basin, pronounced (basaan)is a 100% damask or jacquard woven fabric. MansaWear’s Basaan outfits are set-off by joromi designs, a type of embroidery technique well known and treasured in Ghana. Joromi tailors avoid repeating a particular design (unless requested so by client) because their raison d'être is to produce a pattern or design that’s more intricate and beautiful than a previous one made.
